A New Tradition with Beloved Roots

Winter Fest opens on November 29 with the beloved 24th Annual Country Christmas Night of Lights, bringing holiday magic to Main Street and Civic Plaza. The evening will feature the much-anticipated Night of Lights Parade, while local businesses join in the celebration along Main Street. Civic Plaza will come alive with dazzling lights, festive activities, and, for the first time, a new outdoor ice rink—perfect for skaters of all ages to enjoy under the glow of holiday lights. It’s the start of an unforgettable season!

 

Bringing the Winter Walk Downtown

We will be relocating the Winter Walk in the Park light displays to Civic Plaza, illuminating downtown Coaldale with twinkling pathways and holiday charm. Take a magical stroll through these enchanting displays, now set in the vibrant heart of our town.

Winter Fest celebrates our community with a variety of local events hosted by Coaldale groups and organizations at Civic Plaza. From holiday markets to live performances, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. If you’re part of a local organization and want to host an event, complete the Civic Plaza Host Application and help bring this new tradition to life!
